• We ship orders Pan-India through verified courier partners.
• Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–10 business days.
• You will receive order tracking details once shipped.
• In case of unforeseen delays (weather, logistics, strikes, etc.), Dameque shall not be held liable.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
By purchasing from Dameque, you agree to the following:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection.
• Earrings, jhumkas, and intimate accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; the return process must be followed instead.
