This Shipping & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which we process, dispatch, deliver, and manage cancellation requests for orders placed through www.dameque.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and timelines described below.


1. General Overview

All orders placed on Dameque are processed, packed, and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in New Delhi, India or through the warehouse of the sellers selling on Dameque, through reliable courier partners.
We are committed to delivering your favorite fashion pieces safely, promptly, and transparently.

Our shipping system is designed to ensure:

  • Fast processing and dispatch
  • Real-time order tracking
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage
  • Hassle-free communication in case of delays

2. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order and payment is successfully received:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Verification & Quality Check: Each item undergoes a 2-step inspection to ensure quality before dispatch.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May take up to 5–7 business days for preparation prior to shipment.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been confirmed, processed, and shipped.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major pin codes in India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
We are working to expand our service coverage to remote and rural locations.

International Shipping:
At present, Dameque does not offer international delivery. However, this service will be introduced soon — with transparent shipping charges and estimated delivery times.


4. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with trusted logistics providers such as:
Valmo (By Meesho), Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post.

These courier partners are selected based on:

  • Proven delivery record
  • Real-time tracking capabilities
  • Safety and handling quality

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and depend on courier availability, logistics constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions such as strikes, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.


6. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard delivery within India.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹999 incur a nominal fee of ₹69 (subject to region and courier).
  • Express Delivery (where available): Charged additionally at checkout, based on courier partner rates.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS.
You can track your shipment by:

  • Visiting the “Track My Order” section on our website.
  • Entering your tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, contact us within 48 hours at support@dameque.com so we can initiate a delivery investigation.


8. Packaging and Safety

We take great care to ensure that your items are packaged securely:

  • Products are sealed in tamper-proof polybags or boxes.
  • Fragile items (e.g., sunglasses, earrings, necklaces) are bubble-wrapped for additional protection.
  • Eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials are used wherever possible.

If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept the parcel. Please take photos and contact us immediately for resolution.


9. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including landmark, phone number, and PIN code.
  • Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • We can reship the order (with applicable re-shipping charges), or
  • Process a refund after deducting return shipping costs.

10. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as logistics constraints or natural events may cause delays.

If your order is delayed:

  • You will be notified by email or SMS.
  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner for an update.
  • In case of long delays (beyond 15 days), you may request a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped or delivered.

11. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Dameque allows order cancellations under the following conditions:

A. Before Dispatch:
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment confirmation.
  • Cancellation requests can be made by:
    • Logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request, or
    • Emailing us at support@dameque.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
B. After Dispatch:
  • Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • You may still initiate a return after receiving the item (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

12. Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be automatically cancelled under certain conditions, such as:

  • Payment failure or verification issue
  • Unavailability of product or stock-out
  • Invalid or incomplete address
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, Dameque will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 7 business days.


13. Modification of Orders

Once an order is confirmed, modifications such as size, color, or product change are generally not allowed.
However, if the request is raised within 6 hours of placement, we’ll try to accommodate it subject to availability.


14. Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@dameque.com with:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Your order number and contact details

Our team will arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and guide you through the return/replacement process.


15. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Once an order is successfully cancelled, refund timelines are as follows:

18. Force Majeure

Dameque shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, fire, or floods
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or transportation bans
  • War, riots, or government-imposed restrictions

In such cases, we will notify affected customers and provide alternative solutions.


19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect business, legal, or operational changes.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
